Objectives:To know the cognitive situation of medical staff on human resource management and their influencing factors, to know job satisfaction of medical staff and their influencing factors, adopt structural equation modeling to analyze the inner relationship between hospital human resource management and job satisfaction of medical staff, thus put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen hospital human resource management to improve job satisfaction of medical staff.Methods:Follow the principle of stratified random sampling, adopt self-made human resource management scale, citing the minnesota satisfaction short form scale to investigate the14public hospital.Results:The cognitive situation of medical staff on human resource management is overall general, multiple regression showed that age, education, practice job, job title, department, in-service time affecting the cognitive situation of medical staff on human resource management; the job satisfaction of medical staff is in general, Multiple regression showed that age, education, department affecting the job satisfaction of medical staff. The results of structural equation modeling to analyze the inner relationship between hospital human resource management and job satisfaction of medical staff is accepted. The greatest effect to the job satisfaction is human resource training and development, the second is human resource performance and salary management, the last is human resource selection and configuration system.Conclusions:The hospital should strengthen human resource management and improve the job satisfaction of medical staff. It is effective to adopt Structural Equation Modeling to explore the impact of hospital human resource management on job satisfaction of medical staff.For hospitals, it's of great importance to establish policies that comprising the training and development ones which to improve personnel quality and mine potential, the ones which to manage the personnel performance and salary, and the ones which to select and allocate personnel based on competency method, so that the job satisfaction of medical staff would be improved.
