The Curative Effect Observation On Patients Of Periarthritis Of Shoulder With Tong Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and advantages of "Tong medicine" in the treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis. Using’ Tong medicine" external treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, further analysis using Tong medicine function mechanism of the topical treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, for the clinical treatment of periarthritis of shoulder provides a more effective treatment.Methods:Select 70 patients of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis treated in orthopedics of the second affiliated hospital to heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine During June 2014 to October 2015. According to random number table method, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group. Treatment group:male 18 cases, 17 were female, age 51-62, mean age:56.1 years old; Control group:male 18 cases,17 were female, age 52-65, an average of 56.4 years old. Before treatment the patients’ age, sex, symptoms, signs and so on various aspects are similar. Using Tong medicine external treatment in treatment group and ibuprofen stay outside for tablets and musk strong bone paste curative effect comparison of control group, to observe the curative effect of the differences between the two groups.Results:1.(1) Compared with before treatment, the two groups after treatment of shoulder pain visual analogue scale (VAS) were decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) in two groups of treatment are effective.(2) After treatment the treatment group compared with control group, the two groups after treatment of shoulder pain visual analogue scale (VAS), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.(3) After treatment the treatment group compared with control group, ShangTianYu shoulder joint function score was compared, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.2. After treatment:the treatment group effective rate was 91.4%, the control group effective rate was 80.1%, the treatment group compared with the control group by% 2 test, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion:Tong medicine make satisfactory curative effects for scapulohumeral periarthritis, relieve the patients’ pain of shoulder joint. Simple operation, high safety, no obvious adverse reactions, worthy of clinical promotion.
