Pale Turtle Agent Point Acupuncture Treatment Of Periarthritis Of Shoulder Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:Observation using Turtle probing needing, the clinical curative of for Scapulohumeral Periarthrits,so as to find a new idea anf an effective program for the treatment of frozen shoulder.Method:According to visiting sequenee,60cases meeting to the standard were randomly divided into experimental group and treatment group through the SPSS16.0,30cases in each group.the general information about these groups has no significant statistical differences (P﹥0.05) and they are comparable. The two group used the same main point①jian yu、jian zhen、a shi point;②jian liao、 bin ao、a shi point.They were used in turn. Coordination of acupoints:the type of Wai xie qin xi with Hegu, Fengchi; the type of gan shen bu zu with liver Yu, kidney;the type of qi zhi xue yu with qihai, sanyinjiao. Hand Yangming Channel obvious pain add Hegu; hand Shaoyang by obvious pain and closed by hand; the obvious pain after a creek. The treatment group main points used Green Tortoise probing needling, and the controls used acupuncture reinforcing-reducing method, combination of acupoints according to card were treated with manipulation of twirling reinforcing-reducing. Each group is to remain for30minutes,15minutes at a time line. Both groups were treated10times as a course, after3days of rest for the second courses, a total of2courses of treatment. Both at the end of treatment, observe two groups of patients and between each course of treatment effect of change, from the pain, activity of shoulder joint and other aspects of shoulder symptoms, symptom score.Results:the two groups of subjects of the overall efficacy of JOA score, pain score in the second treatment and at follow-up than before treatment significantly improved (P﹤0.05), second at the end of treatment than the first end of treatment also significantly improved. While the treatment group compared with the control group, the overall efficacy of JOA score, VAS score in the first course of treatment, after second courses of treatment and follow-up of change was statistically significant (P﹤0.05). Curative effect:the treatment group cure rate, effectiveness, efficiency, total efficiency; the control group the cure rate, effectiveness, efficiency, the total efficiency. The treatment group relative to the control group of change was statistically significant (P﹤0.05).Conclusion:the Turtle probing needing method for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with dredging Qi, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, peel adhesion, to achieve pain relief, improved range of motion effects, its clinical curative effect is better than that of routine acupuncture method. The study of the acupuncture method is proved to have definite therapeutic effects.
