The results suggest:the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis obviously improve tensile in patients with clinical symptoms, signs and other effects, clinical curative effect is better(五) Comparison of the clinical effect of periarthritis of shoulder Stretch therapy and traditional therapy after the rank sum test, H=11.35, P=0.022, (P<0.05), the overall effect of periarthritis of shoulder which, stretching the treatment group cure 18.7%, markedly effective 46.8%, invalid 25.1%, to 9.3%, the total effective rate was 90.5%; the clinical traditional massage group recovered to 16.2%, effect 29.2%, effective 16.2%, invalid 38.6%, the total effective rate was 61.2%. Tip:drawing therapy can relieve symptoms and promote the recovery of shoulder pain, shoulder joint activities, improve the quality of life of patients with periarthritis of shoulder, in improved clinical efficacy in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis overall effect than traditional therapy group.ConclusionPeriarthritis of shoulder is the clinical common disease, frequently occurring disease, seriously affecting the patient’s work and life, pain and movement disorder is the main cause of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients, is also the biggest factor affecting the quality of life, how to improve the curative effect, the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients to relieve pain, should we continue to explore.
