Objective:By observing the XinNaoTongLuoYe treatment of vertbral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo (qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome) clinical curative effect, analysing and evaluation. For vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to provide new ideas and methods. Methods:Clinical selection of 30 cases of outpatient service in line with the vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo, TCM syndrome type belong to qi deficiency and blood stasis type of patients, drink XinNaoTongLuoYe 100 ml/time, twice a day, morning and evening for a month. Comparison before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral, the main symptom, cerebral basilar artery with transcranial doppler (TCD) and blood lipids. Objective analysis of Xinnaotongluoye vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo (qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome) clinical curative effect.Result:1. Clinical curative effect 30 patients with VBI were after 1 months after treatment, the cure rate was 40%, the efficiency was 43.33%, effective rate was 13.33%, no efficiency by 3.33%, total effective rate was 96.67%2.TCM symptom score Compared with before treatment, significantly lower after treatment symptoms integral, with statistical signific-ance (P< 0.01)3.TCD Compared with before treatment, after treatment of vertebral artery, basilar artery contraction at the end of the maximum velocity (Vs) increase quickly, the average velocity (Vm) and the rapid pulses index (PI) is reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. Blood lipid Compared with before treatment, after treatment serum total cholesterol, triglyceride decreased obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), High density lipoprotein cholesterol has no obvious difference.Conclusion:1. XinNaoTongLuoYe can significantly improve vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo (qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome) in patients with clinical symptoms.2. XinNaoTongLuoYe can improve vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo (qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) in patients with vertebral artery and basilar artery blood flow velocity.3. XinNaoTongLuoYe can reduce vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo (qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) in patients with serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) levels.
