In the basis of the premise of the treatment, the treatment group were Tongqiaohuoxue decoction, the control group, Yangxueqingnaokeli treatment for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, according to the standard scoring symptom scores, and transcranial Doppler ultrasound and biochemical tests, calculated atherogenic index. Compare the results before and after treatment, statistical data.Result:1, the total efficiency of 86.67% in treatment group and control group, the total efficiency of 76.67%. p<0.05 the difference was statistically significant2, TCD efficacy comparison:before and after treatment in each group, Vm, PI differences were statistically significant, suggesting that the two groups could improve treatment of vertebral-basilar artery, the treatment group than the control group, p<0.05 difference statistical significance.3, arteriosclerosis index:the treatment group before treatment 4.38 ± 0.93, 3.41 ± 0.36 after treatments、the difference is statistically significant. In conclusion:1, Tongqiaohuoxue soup can improve the vertebral-basilar artery Vertigo symptoms in patients.2, Tongqiaohuoxue soup can improve VBI transcranial Doppler blood flow velocity and pulsatility index, improved vertebral-basilar state.3, Tongqiaohuoxue soup can be increased VBIwith high-density lipoprotein levels, Lower total cholesterol,thus improving their atherogenic index.
