Objective:Clinical observation and animal experiments, observation DingXuan Heji of vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency(VBI) of the efficacy of vertigo, and to explore its mechanism. Methods:bruising blue rabbit vertebrobasilar insufficiency model, observed after administration DingXuan Heji effects of their vertigo. Observation Dingxuan VBI model mixture on rabbit platelet aggregation Lan bruising and plasma TXB2,6-Keto-PGF and model the impact of rabbit EQ,brain excitatory amino acids - glutamic acid(Glu) and inhibitory amino acid-γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) content. Results:Compared with model group,DingXuan Heji model can be significantly inhibited rabbit platelet aggregation, blood viscosity significantly improved, while reducing TXB2,increased 6-keto-PGFla level adjustment TXB2and 6-keto-PGFla ratio to prevent thrombosis. Can also be effective to reduce bruising blue rabbit VBI model EQ,reduce the content of Glu and GABA content. Conclusion:DingXuan Heji with cerebral protection, the brain may be related to anti-protective effects of excitotoxicity-related injury. Also can reduce blood viscosity, improve blood flow to prevent thrombosis, lower blood lipids, blood sugar, improve microcirculation, increase the role of cerebral blood flow.
