Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of removing blood stasis and opening meridians acupuncture method on Vertebral basilar artery insufficiency of blood stasisMethods:All the cases were selected from September 2016 to October 2017.60 patients with acupuncture clinics affiliated to the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine met the research criteria.60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random grouping,3 0 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with removing blood stasis and opening meridians acupuncture method, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture treatment. The treatment group selected some acupoints below, such as Baihui,Sishencong,Touwei,Taiyang,F engchi,Jingjiaji,Danzhong,Geshu,Hegu,Xuehai,Zusanli, and Taichong for acupuncture, whereas the control group selected the F engchi,Baihui,Yintang,Neiguan,Xuehai,Fenglong and Taichong for acupuncture. The two groups of patients all left the needle for 50 min each time, once per day,1 0 days for a treatment course and continuous acupuncture for 2 courses. The curative effect of acupuncture was observed by comparing the improvement of TCM syndromes, the evaluation scores of clinical symptoms of vertigo, the scores of vertigo evaluation scores and the results of TCD examination before and after the treatmentResults:1.Comparison of vertigo syndrome scores:Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)After treatment, the total scores of the two groups were improved(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than control group(P<0.01)2.Comparison of Dizziness Anhedonia Rating Scale(DARS)scores:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the DARS scores of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.01),and in the treatment group, the DARS score of patients with blood stasis and vertebral basilar artery insufficiency was better than that of the control group(P<0.01)3.Comparison of TCD results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the TCD results of both groups were evidently improved, and the removing blood stasis and opening meridians acupuncture method improved blood stasis. The overall blood flow velocity of Patients with sacral basal artery insufficiency was better than that of conventional acupuncture(P<0.05)4.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy:The total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared, and the difference before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,9 patients were cured,13 patients were markedly effective,7 patients were effective,1 patients were ineffective in the treatment group, and the total effective rate was 96.67%.In the control group,6 persons were recovered, markedly effective 6,effective 13,ineffective 5,and total effective rate was 83.3 3%The overall curative effect of the removing blood stasis and opening meridians acupuncture method on vertebrobasilar insufficiency of blood stasis and paralysis is obviously better than conventional acupuncture method(P<0.01)Conclusion:1.The removing blood stasis and opening meridians acupuncture method can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency2.The removing blood stasis and opening meridians acupuncture method can significantly regulate the vertebrobasilar blood flow velocity in Patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency. |
