Clinical Observation Of Chaige Shengyang Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency Vertigo With Kidney Deficiency With Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Obje ctive: To treat kidney deficiency with phlegm and blood stasis vertebral-basilar insufficiency vertigo by chaige shengyang huoxue decoction.This paper aims to explain the mechanism of chaige shengyang huoxue decoction in treating kidney deficiency with phlegm and blood stasis vertebral-basilar insufficiency vertigo.Me thods: 60 respondents were partitioned into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each by randomly.The control group took Ginaton ?Aspirin,.when vertigo occur,taking Difenidol.The treatment group was given chaige shengyang huoxue decoction on the basis of conventional treatment with w estern medicine,2-4 weeks for a period of treatment,after treatment on two groups of curative effect of TCM,TCM symptom integral table,DHI,TCD changes were observed,recorded and analyze the data.Re sults: In this observation,there was no statistical difference in age,gender and course of disease(P>0.05),which was comparable.1.Clinical efficacy : After treatment,control group was 73.3%,the control group was 96.7%.The treatment group were precede to the control group in the therapeutic effect,it ha s statistical significance(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome integral table : After treatment,in the total score of TCM syndrome,the scores of TCM syndrome(except external brain turning tinnitus,lip and nail become cyanosis and forgetfulness)and two groups before and after treatment,treatment group were precede to the control group in the therapeutic effect,All had statistical differences(P<0.05).3.DHI: After treatment,the effect of the treatment group was precede to the control group in the total score of vertigo and the scores of body,emotion and function(P<0.05).4.TCD: After treatment,the average peak velocity and vascular PI of bilateral VA and BA in the TCD examination of patients in the two groups tended to normal values,but the effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Chaige Shengyang Huoxue decoction has definite clinical effect on kidney deficiency with phlegm and blood stasis vertebral-basilar insufficiency vertigo.2.It can effectively improve the TCM syndrome score and vertigo obstacle score of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo of kidney deficiency with phlegm and blood stasis.3.It can effectively improve the average peak velocity of bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery and the pulsation index of blood vessels in TCD.
