Observation On The Clinical Immediate Effect Of "Fuyuan Zhuyu" Acupuncture Method Combine With TDP In Treating Postpartum Urinary Rentention

Objective:To observe the clinical immediate effect of "Fuyuan Zhuyu" acupuncture method combine with TDP in treating Postpartum Urinary Rentention.Methods:This study uses randomized controlled method, the standards-compliant 60 patients divided into two groups:the treatment group (30cases)and the control group(30cases).The treatment group was treated by "Fuyuan Zhuyu" acupuncture method combine with TDP, control group choose intramuscular injection of neostigmine 1 mg. Observe the first urination timex urinary output within one hows urination and abdominal symptoms after treatment.Results:1. The baseline data of treatment group and control group is no significant difference through statistical analysis,the two groups have no significant difference in age、 urination an abdominal symptoms before treatment(P>0.05),they are comparable;2. After treatment, treatment group (acupuncture combined with TDP) of 29 people,the markedly 11people,effective14 people, invalid 4 people; total effective rate 86.21%, while control group (intramuscular injection of neostigmine) of 30 people,markedly 9 people,effective 13 people, invalid 8 people, the total effective rate 73.33%. Two groups of comparisons significant difference(P<0.01);3. The first urination time of the two groups have significant difference after treatments<0.05);4. The urinary output within one hour of the two groups have significant difference after treatment(P<0.05);5. The urination and abdominal symptoms of before and after treatment all have significant difference(P<0.01), two groups urination and abdominal symptoms after treatment are also significant difference(P<0.05);6. The two groups have no significant difference in security and compliance(P> 0.05).Conclusions:"Fuyuan Zhuyu" acupuncture method combine with TDP can effectively treat postpartum urinary rentention in shorten first urination time、increase urinary output within one hour、relieve urination and abdominal symptoms and better than intramuscular injection of neostigmine. Considering about the security and compliance, "Fuyuan Zhuyu" acupuncture method combine with TDP is a stable and safe way to treat PUR and easy to be accepted by patients, which is worth used as the clinical method of treatment of PUR.
