| Objective:To research the clinical effect of hyperplasia of mammary gland by electro-acupuncture and local low laser irradiation, compaird with chinese patent medicine,to find out a simple,convenient and swift method on treating hyperplasia of mammary gland.Methods:Prospective cohort study,parallel trial, blank controlled.58 patients had hyperplasia of mammary gland, selected from breast surgery clinic of jiangsu province chinses medicin Hospital, are divided into two groups, randomly divided into experimental group 30 cases and drug group 28 cases. One was blank control group which given chinese patent treatment and the other one was acupuncture treatment control group given electro-acupuncture and local low laser irradiation.The whole study was 3 months treatment period and had a break during menstrual. Patients in acupuncture group,given local laser on breast tumor and electro-acupuncture with zigong point,xuehai point,zusanli point,were treated with EA triple a week,since 14 days after menstruation,A menstrual cycle for a period of treatment,Patients in blank control group were treated with ruzengning mendicine,warm water a blunt,three times a day,three at a time,A menstrual cycle for a period of treatment,had a break during menstrual.Record the symptom score of both groups before and after one complete treatment course. Symptom score contained total effective rate,total symptom score,breast pain score, breast rumor score,symptoms score of integral whole after the treatment.all the data,collected from clinic,shall be analyzed and processed by adopting SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis system. They mean significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01orP<0.05).Result:(1) After treatment, the two groups both can be effective on treating Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands to certairean extend.however,The scores of effective rate in both groups had significant difference after the treatment (P<0.01). The acupuncture group has 30 cases, curing 2 cases, effecting 16cases, improving 8 cases and ineffective 4 cases. The total efficacy rate attain86.70%. The drug group has 28 cases, curing none, effecting 10 cases, improving 16 cases and ineffective 12 cases. The total efficacy rate reach 57.40%,The total efficacy rate attain86.70%. Obviously,the local laser and electro-acupuncture therapy to cure Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands is better than taking ruzengning pill (x2=9.09). (2) Treatment group,liver qi stagnation hyperplasia total efficiency of 93.3%was significantly better than the control group, the total efficiency of 50% (P<0.05), for phlegm type and chong ren disorder type,there is no difference between the efficiency of the total impulse of any type of statistical imbalance significance (P> 0.05). the electro-acupuncture and local low laser irradiationtherapy for liver Qi stagnation hyperplasia effect is more significant.(3)Pain (VRS) Scale:after treatment,compared 6.27 ±1.82,before treatment wite 2.80 ± 1.52, after treatment the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), and compared the control group,treatment group better than the control group on pain relief.(4)after treatment, compared with befor treatmt,the treatment group in improving tumor size, tumor morphology hardness and mass (P <0.01),has a statistically significant difference; the control group in improving tumor size areas (P<0.05), the difference is statistically significance. Improving tumor morphology, the treatment group was more effective than the control group (P<0.05). Treatment group may Effectively improve the tumor size, shape and hardness, and more effective for the change in shape than the control group.(5)after treatment, for the treatment group the irritability, the insomnia, chest swelling, nausea and menstrual disorders were improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01); the control group in improving irritability, chest swelling, nausea aspects of P<0.05 The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement of irritability and menstrual disorders aspect P (0.04,0.018)<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, but in improving insomnia, chest swelling, nausea, itching and nipple areas Yaoxisuanruan P (0.81,0.545,0.364,0.131)> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant, improvement of the treatment groupon irritability and menstrual disorders significantly better than the control group.(6)after the treatment Between the two groups of related safety indicators such as gastrointestinal reactions (nausea, vomiting, dry stool, diarrhea, constipation, mouth pain, dry mouth), as well as skin rashes, pigmentation did not occur, and no fainting, Needle, broken needles, severe pain and other adverse events.Conclusions:electro-acupuncture and local low laser irradiation can relieve plus breast pain,significantly reduce local tumor size of breast hyperplasia, improve hardness, shape of tumor, irritability, clinical insomnia, chest swelling, nausea and menstrual disorders and other associated symptoms of mammary glands were improved, The effect on Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands was exact and having on adverse reaction..so it offers a new method to treat Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands. |
