increasesing,bad mood,Incorrect Components of Diet.HMG is multiple benign hyperplasia of breast around the gland,accompanied by the formation of cysts of varying sizes,can also occur in the glandular duct and showed epithelial papillary hyperplasia,with cystic duct expansion.It is also a kind of disease,which is mainly caused by hyperplasia of mammary duct and acinar epithelium,which occurs in the patients with lobular perplasia.In ancient Chinese,HMG is namedof "Rulao","Ruyong","Rutong","Ruhe","Rubi","Rupi","Ru phlegm" and "Rujie"in Chinese medicine.According to the published literature statistics,the canceration rate was 1.25%-50%,and most of the data showed that the incidence rate of cystic hyperplasia was about 10%-20%,and lobular hyperplasia was 1.5%-3.5%.The canceration rate also increases with Duration increases.Out of the reports can be analyzed that it has a certain threat to women's physical and mental health,which seriously affects women's physical and mental health and family harmony.Therefore,prevention and treatment of breast hyperplasia is of great significance.In clinic HMG has been a common and frequently occurring disease,but there is still no cause some people enough attention now.which has been plagued by the majority of women and a few men,but Low incidence of male than female.According to the current clinical reports,nearly 20 years as the higher incidence of the disease.In recent years,the treatment of this disease is one after another.Internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,also have more folk therapy to treat the disease.The western medicine treatment is still taking oral hormone and surgical treatment.Surgical resection of local lesions,but can not solve the primary cause,but other parts of breast can still occur or continue to grow.So many scholars believe that surgery is not worth recommending treatment.Although hormone replacement therapy can alleviate clinical symptoms in a short period of time,but can not fundamentally adjust the endocrine function,but it is easy to increase the long-term endocrine disorders,Therefore,In clinic to find an effective and safe treatment method or means to highlight value,which is the main background of this research.The treatment of HMG by TCM has become a hot topic in recent years because of its advantages such as better curative effect,fewer side effects,and higher quality of life and safety.Tuina as a kind of non drug therapy in traditional Chinese medicine clinical,easily accepted by the patients,"pushing to disperse" theory very early for guiding the clinical therapy of Tuina,has a good effect on many nodes,poly,fd.Therefore,according to the"pushing to disperse" theory of HMG Tuina therapy efficacy and clinical experience,explore the way to treat the disease and promote the standardized operation of Tuina,Tuina therapy treatment for expanding the scope,can become rich HMG disease treatment and improve the therapeutic effect of HMG disease of traditional Chinese medicine,has a certain significance.ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effect of Tuina treatment group(Tuina group)and acupuncture group(acupuncture group)and drug treatment group(drug group)on HMG disease.To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Tuina in the treatment of HMG's disease by applying the the theory of "pushing to disperse".The objective to explore a method,it's feasible,effective and safe to treat HMG,and to provide more choice for the treatment of HMG's disease.MethodsIn this research,90 cases with HMG's disease were randomly divided into Tuina group,acupuncture group and drug group(n=30),Treatment of patients in Tuina group by Tuina,using acupuncture to treatHMG's disease in acupuncture group,UsingJu-Li Sanjie tablets to treatHMG's disease in drug group.According to the eighth meeting of the Chinese society of traditional Chinese medicine(Specialized Committee)of breast diseases(2002),the revised criteria for diagnosis,syndrome differentiation and therapeutic effect of mammary glands were discussed.Develop breast tumor size,tumor hardness,breast pain and mass as the main observation indexes,abnormal menstruation,irritability and depressed limp aching lumbus and knees as secondary outcome measures,The clinical efficacy was evaluated by the method of scale,All the data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software package,the measurement data were tested by T or T,and the data were analyzed by Ridit test.Comparing the differences between three groups are the treatment results.ResultsComparison of main symptoms in groups:The main symptoms of HMG include four aspects.It's pain,tumor size,tumor hardness and tumor size.After the Tuina group treatment of main symptom score differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),showed that the Tuina group can significantly improve symptoms in breast pain,lumps,lumps hardness and mass size.There was statistical significance before and after acupuncture treatment of main symptom score difference(P<0.05),showed that acupuncture group can significantly improve symptoms in breast pain,lumps,lumps range and tumor size on hardness.There was statistical significance before and after drug treatment group breast pain and the tumor hardness of main symptom score difference(P<0.05),the mass range and tumor size was not statistically significant(P>0.05),showed that the drug group was not obvious in the mass range and mass size effect in breast pain and mass hardness can significantly improve the symptoms.Comparison of main symptoms between groups:In the aspect of breast pain,Tuina group and acupuncture group,drug group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In the area of hardness,the Tuina group was better than the acupuncture group and the drug group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the area of mass,the Tuina group and acupuncture group curative effect quite,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);but better than the drug group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the size of the tumor,Tuina group and acupuncture group curative effect quite,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);but better than the drug group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of score difference,Tuina group and acupuncture group was no significant difference(P>0.05),but was better than the drug group(P<0.05).In the cure rate and total effective rate,the Tuina group and acupuncture group,the drug group compared with the curative effect,no statistical difference(P>0.05)Comparison of secondary symptoms in groups:Secondary symptoms include abnormal menstruation,limp aching lumbus and knees and depressed three aspects.The Tuina group treatment depressed before and after their integral difference was statistically significant(P=0.0000<0.05),no statistically significant difference in abnormal menstruation and limp aching lumbus and knees(P>0.05),showed that Tuina can improve the depressive symptoms of irritability,abnormal menstruation and limp aching lumbus and knees is not significantly improvedNo statistical significance in the acupuncture group limp aching lumbus and kneescompared before and after the difference of score(P=0.3344>0.05),the difference was statistically significant abnormal menstruation and irritability depression(P<0.05),showed that acupuncture can improve the depressed and abnormal menstruation symptoms,and the improvement is not obvious limp aching lumbus and knees.In the drug group depressed and limp aching lumbus and knees had significant difference before and after the integral(P<0.05),there was no significant difference before and after menstruation integral(P>0.05),showed that drugs can significantly improve depressed and limp aching lumbus and kneessymptoms of abnormal menstruation is not improved significantly.Comparison of secondary symptomsbetween groups:The abnormal menstruation,there were statistically significant differences in the Tuina group and the acupuncture group efficacy(P=0.00000<0.05),acupuncture group is better than the Tuina group;there was no significant difference in Tuina therapy group and drug groups(P>0.050),can effectively improve the symptoms.In the depressed,no statistically significant difference between the Tuina group and acupuncture group efficacy(P=0.1321>0.05),can effectively improve the symptoms;there was a significant difference between the Tuina group and drug group(P=0.0107>0.05),Tuina group is better than the drug group.In limp aching lumbus and knees,no statistically significant difference between the Tuina group and acupuncture group efficacy(P=0.4740>0.05),can effectively improve the symptoms;there were statistically significant differences in efficacy of Tuina therapy group and drug group(P<0.050),the drug group is better than the Tuina group.In terms of score difference,Tuina group and acupuncture group was no significant difference(P=0.5746>0.05),showing the same effect between groups.But Tuina group and drug group has significant difference,drug group was better than the Tuina group(P<0.01).In the overall efficacy(rate),there were statistically significant differences in the Tuina group and drug group(P=0.0296<0.05),the drug group is better than the Tuina group;there was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and Tuina group(P=0.1958>0.05),two sets of efficacy.ConclusionTuina is one of an effective way to treat HMG,as well as acupuncture and drug therapy.It has a unique role on improving the hardnessof breast tumors,size of breast tumorsand patient's irritability. |
