[Objective]To explore the application of micro teaching method in the training courses of basic nursing and practical application effect, the integrated nursing practice, improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students skills and psychological quality, to train high-quality nursing talents.[Methods]In the professional grade2012nursing college class of6randomly selected2classes, are the basic nursing comprehensive training course (including the patient’s life nursing, observation, communication with patients, basic nursing technical operation and health education, pay attention to scientific, systematic, and practicability. Combined with the physiological, psychological, social, from three aspects of the comprehensive care of patients) teaching, a class for the control group, the traditional training teaching manner, see through the audio-visual education teachers teach nursing students practice skill examination way of teaching. The other class as the experimental group, teaching the basic nursing technique using micro teaching, teachers teach in accordance with the unified (or watch videos)--nursing student grouping Cosplay practice and video (teacher)--see discussion, analysis of packet--put forward problems--after class, group exercises--model class feedback, routine examination at the end of the period, and through the "basic nursing science" Teaching Effectiveness Questionnaire, academic self efficacy questionnaire "and" basic nursing skills teaching model to investigate the effect of three self rating scale to examine the "basic nursing science" this course of professional emotion, theory study, skill learning and so, all the nursing skills and theoretical evaluation of nursing students before and after the intervention, and the test results were compared between groups and their comparison.[Results]The questionnaire recovery status:"" basic nursing science "Teaching Effectiveness Questionnaire" and "academic self-efficacy questionnaire" recovery rate was100%,"" basic nursing science "skills teaching mode Effectiveness Questionnaire" recovery rate was99%; two groups of nursing students in the baseline data:the sex ratio, average age differences in basic courses, supporting previous results comparison between the groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The theoretical result two groups students comprehensive training courses of basic nursing were (82.3±11.2) and (94.1±5.4)%, the difference was statistically significant (P>0.05), at the same time, the experimental group students nursing skills examination was (96.6±3.8)%, significantly higher than that of control group students assessment results the mean (P<0.05). Survey results:the experimental group students "" basic nursing science "Teaching Effectiveness Questionnaire" three dimensions of average points were (58.95±5.10)%,(75.69±6.62)%,(58.74±4.87), were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05) scores of statistical results."Academic self efficacy questionnaire" in item first in the (I believe they have the ability to achieve good results in learning), third (compared to other students in the class, and I’m learning ability is relatively strong), sixth (compared to other students in class, and my understanding of the specialty of wider) fifteenth,(I will be able to read books when the contents of thoughts and their mastery of the knowledge linked) and twenty-second (even if it is not required, the teacher I will consciously do the book each chapter exercises to test their mastery of knowledge) content answer results, two groups of nursing students have no significant difference (P>0.05), various other self-efficacy score significantly better than the control group students."" basic nursing science "skills teaching mode Effectiveness Questionnaire" in two groups of nursing students in the evaluation of overall attitude of their learned skills teaching attitude evaluation, experimental group as compared with control group, X2=17.11, P<0.05, the difference has statistical significance.[Conclusion]Comprehensive training of Microteaching Method Applied in basic nursing has achieved better teaching effect, not only conducive to improving the love for nursing specialty students, but also can strengthen the skills must students, because it is the application of micro teaching, the training of nursing students professional practice ability, improve the operation proficiency enhancement, has the remarkable effect of nursing students hands-on ability, this to a very good role in promoting for publicity and promotion of Microteaching method.
