Research On The Basic Knowledge And Skill Training Of Nursing Nurses

[Objective] The feature on nursing of TCM accords with the change of disease spectrum, medical model, people’s outlook on health at present. More and more People need nursing of TCM. Nurses are executant of nursing of TCM. They should know the theory and technology about nursing of TCM, increase attainment of TCM. Now many nurse in China graduate from Western medicine academy. They are short of nursing of TCM knowledge. This is necessary for nurses who are on the job to be trained about the knowledge and skill of nursing of TCM. Then they could be adequate for the nursing of TCM job. Nowadays nursing of TCM train is carried out by hospital autonomously. Training content is not the sanme.It is lack of uniform and standard training content. This study is aimed at working out the train content and weight which apply to clinical about practicability and basic knowledge and skill via literature study, group discussion, Delphi(expert consult).[Methods] Through search "nursing of TCM technology", the literature about clinical application were found to do biliometric analysis to provide the basis for train content of technology. Refer to textbook, guide, group discussion, this study provide the basis for train content of theory. Delphic consult questionnaire draft is enacted on account of principle of policy, guide, regulation such as "Hospital of TCM nursing work operating instruction".30 experts who are in the field of clinical nursing of TCM and nursing of TCM education were selected to evaluate the importance of each item for 2 rounds Delphi consultation. The importance evaluation equal count≥4.00, and variable coefficient<0.22, or full mark frequent≥0.3 are items screening criteria, meanwhile, combine expert opinion with group discussion, cancel, add, modification items. The second round consult add the weight judge of items.[Results] Through 2 rounds Delphi consultation,90%experts’ working years exceed 20 years.95% experts are associate professor or professor. The response rate was 100% at the two round. It means experts were positive. The co-coefficients of expert authority were 0.90 means the result has a high degree of credibility. The Kendall harmonious co-efficient was 0.26 for the first level items and 0.27 for the second level items at the second round, both of them had statistical significance (p=.000*) means that experts agree the importance of items consistent high level. At last, this study screen out four part of training content "nursing of TCM summarize""basic theory of nursing of TCM" "basic components of nursing of TCM""basic skills of nursing of TCM".They are 4 first level items, "nursing of TCM summarize" contain 2 second and 8 third level items about the basic characteristic and principle of nursing of TCM, train period is 2 class hours of theory, "basic theory of nursing of TCM" contain yin and yang,the five elements,zang xiang and so on,it have 8 second and 30 third level items, train period is 32 class hours of theory, "basic components of nursing of TCM" have 9 second and 39 third level items about diet nurse,mood nurse, superiority of disease and symptom nurse, train period is 32 class hours which contain 26 class hours of theory and 6 class hours of practice, "basic skills of nursing of TCM" have moxibustion therapy, auricular point application therapy, fuming and washing and so on. It contain 11 second and 28 third level items, train period is 34 class hours which contain 12 and 22 class hours of theory practice. The maximum proportions is "basic skills of nursing of TCM", period distribution is more, "basic theory of nursing of TCM" "basic components of nursing of TCM" proportions and periods are the same.[Conclusions] Through literature research, group discuss, two round expert consult, this study screen out the train content which apply to clinical about practicability and basic knowledge and skill,and period set. Base on 100 class hours, the train content includes four 4 level items,30 second level items,105 third level items. The theory train content of nursing of TCM reflect unique feature of TCM and nurse major,which is basic and practical. The technology train content reflect practicability in clinical. The whole train content goal is that nurse achieve the TCM nursing clinical work basic require of knowledge about theory and technology. This train wish increase the attainment of TCM of nures who could have the knowledge and ability to exhibit nursing of TCM.This study make clear the level of common train and lay the foundation of hospital clinic train.
