For tens of years, the nursing teaching in the secondary vocational health schools has been shouldering the responsibility for training the talents who are eligible for medical treatment and sanitation and have made an important contribution to protecting people's health and its level and to promoting the economic development of our society, its training has been dominant and shown its own advantages. People's health is the first job of persons engaged in nursing, whether the persons'number is suitable or not, whether the persons'makeup is reasonable or not and whether the persons'distribution is balanceable or not will have a direct impact on the quantity and quality of health service, the national economic development and the social stabilization. With the fast and durative development of our country's economy, people's needs of health care and service are expanding, which gives the new requirements for the training aim, model and subjects systems of the nursing teaching.This thesis, first, based on the present condition of the nursing and nursing teaching in our country, by analyzing the existing problems and interviewing experts, makes a brief account of the successful experiences and successes gained after a long time as well as problems and insufficiency. More serious problems in common are that the training aim is out of accord with the needs of service, the size and makeup of the nursing teaching doesn't accord with the development of the society and the hospitals, subjects'system for nursing doesn't match with the characteristics of the nursing major and that the teaching organization is not suitable for the training in nursing ideas, which mainly show the four aspects as follows: the first is that the makeup of the nursing teaching need be further adjusted and optimized, the second is that the quality of the nursing teaching is waiting for being improved, the third is that nurses can't get educated and continuously educated after they graduate, the fourth is that the nurses engaged in nursing and managing lack in being trained normally.Second, based on researching the developing trend of the nursing teaching and training talents engaged in nursing, this thesis forecasts the future aim and requirements of training nurses, which are based on enhancing the nursing teaching of"3+2"teaching system of the secondary vocational schools, one of the main jobs of the nursing teaching is to make great effort to develop the nursing higher teaching and train students to be the higher nurses and make the nurses'quality become better and better.At last, adopting the gained successful experiences, thinking over the present problems and the future trend, this thesis raises one new model for the nursing teaching and training talents, pays more attention to researching the training purpose, training process, teaching evaluation, the evaluating and supervising system of the teaching quality and the reform of the secondary nuring etc, and then gives the reforming measures. In order to fasten the teaching reformation of the nursing teaching and make the characteristics of the nursing major more clear, while setting the basic nursing subjects, the more knowledge abut the humanities and social science such as sociology, psychology, people's communication, aesthetics, ethnics, proprieties and so on should be added; and the public health knowledge, healing guidance, health care, nursing the old and the nursing on mentality and spirit having something to do with nursing are added to the special courses; as for ability, ideation, the ability for students to solve the problems, communicate with each other and cooperate in one team should be mainly trained. This thesis provides reference for the nursing teaching of our country, especially of the secondary vocational school, makes a base to the reformation and rules of the models of the continuous medical education after the graduate finish their school study, and offers the theoretic basis for revising policy about medical management and training nurses with the high quality, the practical skills.
