Clinical Study On Scatch Therapy Combined With Jinhuang Ointment In The Treatment Of Localized Neurodermatitis

Objective:observe the clinical effect of scratch therapy combined with Jinhuang ointment in the treatment of localized neurodermatitis.Methods:60 patients with neurodermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with scratch therapy combined with Jinhuang ointment;the control group was treated with compound Flumetasone cream for 4 weeks.The objective symptom score,pruritus score and total symptom score were recorded before treatment,at the end of 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,and were analyzed and compared to evaluate the curative effect of the two groups.At the same time,after the end of treatment,the two groups of patients were followed up and safety assessment.Results:1.After treatment,in the treatment group,12 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective,with the effective rate of 66.67%,and the total effective rate of 86.67%;in the control group,6 cases were cured,3 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,and 10 cases were ineffective,with the effective rate of 30.00%,and the total effective rate of 66.67%.After rank sum test,the effective rate of the two groups was P=0.011<0.05,indicating the difference between the two groups.No adverse events occurred during the treatment.2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the two group of patients with skin lesions state,degree of hypertrophy,skin color,skin area and itching degree score after analysis:P value were less than 0.01,there were significant differences.3.The total score of symptoms in the two groups was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was also significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);at the end of 4weeks,the total score of symptoms between the two groups was significantly different(P=0<0.05).Conclusion:1.Scratch therapy combined with Jinhuang ointment in the treatment of neurodermatitis can significantly improve the state of skin lesions,reduce pigmentation and relieve itching.2.Scratch therapy combined with Jinhuang ointment has obvious advantages in the treatment of neurodermatitis.The above results also prove that it is worthy of wide clinical application.
