"young Post Cotton Moxibustion" Treatment Limitations Neurodermatitis Clinical Study Of 80 Cases

Objective:to observe the therapeutic effect of "Yang shi moxibustion with cotton" in the treatment of patients with circumscribed neurodermatitis by randomized controlled trial.Method:80 patients with circumscribed neurodermatitis were selected and divided into two groups randomly.The lesions of the treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion,once two days.The lesions of controlled group were smeared triamcinolone acetonide cream,three times per day.The effects were evaluated four weeks.Results:the effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,the effective rate of controlled group was 68.42%. The P value of the two indexes between the two groups was less than 0.05,so the difference had significance.Conclusion:compared with the effect of triamcinolone acetonide cream to treat the circumscribed neurodermatitis, "Yang shi moxibustion with cotton" had better effect and was worthy of being applied widely in the clinic practice.
