Observation On The Curative Effect Of The Modified Lithospermum Ointment Combined With Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream In The Treatment Of Localized Neurodermatitis

Objective: For the treatment of neurodermatitis to seek a clear effect,low recurrence rate,side effects of small external preparation,so as to improve patient compliance,the application of this preparation to provide theoretical basis,rich in clinical treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,77 patients with localized neurodermatitis in our department were collected,numbered and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Patients in the control group were treated with 0.1% hydrocortisone butyrate cream twice a day for 2 weeks for 1 course,and a total of 3 courses were observed.In the experimental group,on the basis of the control group,the modified Lithospermum ointment was applied once at night.The interval between the two drugs was more than 30 min,with a course of treatment lasting for 2 weeks.A total of 3 courses of treatment were observed.This study observed the skin lesions papule morphology,skin lesions color,skin lesions area,itching degree and skin lesions thickness difference obtained by b-mode ultrasonography before treatment and at the end of each treatment course,and conducted statistical analysis on the data.Finally,all patients were followed up for 2 months to evaluate the recurrence.Results: 1.Both the control group and the experimental group were effective in the treatment of localized neurodermatitis,and the curative effect was similar between the two groups within two treatment courses,while the curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the treatment group at the end of the third treatment course.2.After 3 courses of treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving papule degree and lesion area.In terms of improving the color and luster of skin lesions,the curative effect of the modified shiver ointment combined with Hidrocortisona de butirato cream group was always significantly better than that of the Hidrocortisona de butirato cream group alone.In the improvement of skin itching,there was no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups in the treatment of 2 courses of treatment,until the treatment of 3 courses of treatment,The modified Lithospermum ointment combined with Hidrocortisona de butirato cream group was better than the single use of Hidrocortisona de butirato cream group.In terms of the thickness difference detected by skin b-ultrasound,the improved shiver ointment combined with Hidrocortisona de butirato cream group was better than the Hidrocortisona de butirato cream group alone in the improvement of skin loss and thickness in the set 3 courses of treatment.Conclusion:1.The modified Lithospermum ointment has a definite effect on the treatment of localized neurodermatitis.2.The modified Lithospermum ointment can improve the thickness,color and itching degree of skin lesions in local neurodermatitis.It is speculated that the action mechanism of Lithospermum ointment may be to improve skin thickening,anti-inflammatory and promote epidermal repair.3.The modified Lithospermum ointment takes a long time to work,so it should be used consistently.4.The modified Lithospermum ointment has fewer side effects and high patient compliance.
