The Allocation Scheme Research And Empirical Study On Major Equipments Of Chongqing’s Mobile Hospital

Chongqing is a accidents and natural disaster-prone city, and all kinds of emergencieshave caused a large number of casualties every year.As the only municipality and nationalcenter city in western China, Chongqing has important strategic significance and specialpolitical status. The health emergency teams of Chongqing have assumed own medicalrescue work and supported the surrounding provinces’.In the Wenchuan Earthquake and Yushu Earthquake,the health emergency teams ofChongqing was short on the site treatment equipment level and logistical supportability.These exposed problems seriously restricted the professional technology standard ofthe health emergency teams and the effectiveness of the emergency medical rescue work.To build a mobile hospital with rapid response capability, remote mobility, on-siterescue capabilities, logistical support capabilities and to be the core of the Chongqingemergency medical rescue team, is the main task of Chongqing.The construction of themobile hospital will bring a qualitative leap and powerful guarantee for the Chongqingemergency medical rescue work.Based on the demand for the health emergency task of Chongqing and the actualsituation of the teams’ construction project, this topic have used expert consultation,Systems analysis, questionnaire inquiry, empirical study and so on, to draft the alternativescheme and framework of the main equipment for Chongqing’s mobile hospital,to designthe preliminary layout,to provides gists for the construction project.Full text have4parts:The first part is Overview. This paper describes the basis for the title of legislation,research objectives and contents, methods and roadmap.The second part is systems analysis of mobile hospital. This paper describes thepresent situationes of the main equipment for mobile hospitals at home and abroad,analyses the demand for the Chongqing’s mobile hospital. The third part is the allocation scheme research on major equipments of Chongqing’smobile hospital. This paper bases on the demand for the health emergency task ofChongqing, to work out the allocation scheme and of the mobile hospital’s majorequipments, and to design the preliminary layout of the mobile hospital.The fourth part is an empirical study.
