The contradiction between the demand for medical health services and the allocation of medical resources has become increasingly prominent.Pre-hospital medical emergency services,as a branch of medical health services,are also facing the same dilemma.For instance,people have called "120" for help in the event of sudden accidental injury or serious illness,but fail to get timely treatment.The process of pre-hospital medical emergency resource allocation can be understood as the allocation process of rights.This process involves the allocation of pre-hospital medical emergency resources to individuals,including: “Who is going to allocate pre-hospital medical emergency resources? How to allocated pre-hospital medical emergency resources?” Pre-hospital medical emergency resources are the basis for pre-hospital medical emergency work.Reasonable allocation and effective use of pre-hospital medical emergency resources is an effective way to improve the level of pre-hospital medical emergency services,and it is also an urgent problem to be resolved.This paper mainly uses survey research method and experimental research method to analyze the supply and demand status and existing problems of pre-medical emergency resources in Cangnan County.From the theoretical perspective of public management,this paper proposes specific countermeasures for the optimal allocation of pre-hospital medical emergency resources in Cangnan County.At present,most of the pre-hospital medical emergency resources allocation optimization research is based on qualitative analysis,while this study combines qualitative and quantitative methods based on a large amount of factual data,namely to guide the quantitative analysis with the qualitatively analysis and to enrich the qualitatively analysis with the quantitative analysis.Qualitative way to study.In addition,the introduction of GIS software for computer-aided analysis in the research is an effective attempt to visualize the application of the GIS platform.The research through the multidisciplinary method aims to more accurately configure the pre-hospital medical emergency resources..Studies have shown that to optimize the allocation of pre-hospital medical emergency resources in Cangnan County,government departments should fully understand the importance of pre-hospital medical emergency work,take the fulfillment of pre-hospital medical emergency services as the basic work to serve the people's livelihood,scientifically and rationally layout pre-hospital first-aid network,create a talent training environment,do a good job in building a talent team,improve the performance appraisal mechanism,increase the supply of pre-hospital medical emergency resources,implement the promotion of classified care,and at the same time spread the first-aid knowledge to the society.
