Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Zhongzhensoufengtang at treatingnodular prurigo of hot-humid-wind type and study the infulence of this therapeuticmethod on nodular prurigo into its mechanism.Method: The total observation of nodular prurigo of hot-humid-wind type is41cases.They are randomized into two groups: treatment group is20cases(Zhongzhensoufengtang combining Imidazole sting group)and control group is21cases(Imidazole sting group).Both groups using with desiccant anti-itchinglotion,compound flumetasone ointment,treating for4weeks.During the4-weektreatment course,observing the change of the number of rash before and after,thethickness of the nodule,the rash distribution,Itching degree(VAS value),The quality oflife score,to determine the effect.Result: Clinical Research:the healing rate and total effective rate of the treatmentgroup are55.00%and95.00%respectively while that of the control group are19.05%%and19.05%respectively. The Comprehensive integral of the treatmentgroup after is2.90±3.67,the control group is6.14±4.22.There are significant deviationbetween the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Zhongzhensoufengtang has confirm curative effect of treatingnodular prurigo of hot-humid-wind type,less adverse reaction,and low recurrence rate.
