Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With CO₂ Lattice Laser In The Treatment Of Nodular Prurigo

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with CO₂lattice laser in the treatment of Nodular prurigo.Methods:The 117 cases of prurigo nodosa were from the dermatology clinics and inpatient departments of Hubei Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2017 to October 2019 and meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into Chinese medicine+CO₂lattice laser group,traditional Chinese medicine group and CO₂lattice laser group,with 39 cases in each group.Each group is given corresponding treatment once a week,four times for a course of treatment,three courses of treatment are completed.Before treatment,after 1 course of treatment,after 2courses of treatment,after 3 courses of treatment,the nodule size,the number of nodules,the degree of keratosis,itching degree and quality of life index were used as observation indicators to record the the changes of the patients'condition and clinical adverse effects during treatment Response.After the treatment,the recurrence of cured patients in the three groups was compared,and statistical analysis of related data was finally arranged to determine the clinical efficacy.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease,symptoms and signs among the three groups before treatment?P>0.05?.After three courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine+laser group was89.7%higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group?71.8%?and 61.5%in the laser group?P<0.05?.The difference was statistically significant;After the end of the course of treatment,the number of nodules,the size of the nodules,the degree of nodular keratosis,the degree of itching and quality of life scores in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group of the two groups.2.Comparison of recurrence rate:after the treatment,the cured patients in each group were followed up,the recurrence rate in the traditional Chinese medicine+laser group was 16.67%,the recurrence rate in the traditional Chinese medicine group was55.55%,and the recurrence rate in the laser group was66.67%.Compared with the other two groups,the recurrence rate of the traditional Chinese medicine+laser group was significantly different?p<0.05?.3.Safety:during the treatment period,all patients in the treatment group did not have adverse reactions during the experiment,indicating that the Chinese medicine combined with lattice laser treatment is safer.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with laser lattice for nodular prurigo has better clinical effect,lower recurrence rate and higher safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
