| Objective:To observe the efficacy of quanchongfang decoction combined with fire needle treatment of hot-humid-wind type nodular prurigo。Methods:The 108 cases who have met the inclusion criteria have been divided randomly into three groups which the treatment group, the control group A and the control group B by treatment sequence. Eeach group have 36 cases. The treatment group were giwen "quanchongfang decoction combined with fire needle", the control group A were just given "Simple oral decoction quanchong Treatment", the control group B were given "xihuang capsule Treatment".4 weeks as a treatment. At the 2,4,8 weeks all the patients from the three groups were scored respectively and evaluated statistically with the signs and symptoms before and After treatment, which include the tuberous quantity, the size of nodules, the thickness of nodules. The itching degree of integral decline index (SSRI), and the bleeding condition. DLQI score are also evaluated statistically analyzed after the treatment.Results:1> the total curative effect, the total effective rate of the treatment group is 88.24%, the control group A is73.53%, the control group B is 26.47%. there are significant differences between the three groups (P< 0.05).2> After 8 weeks of treatment, the DLQI score have significant difference with the score that before the treatment. In addition, the DLQI score have significant difference betweem the treatment group with the control group A and with the control group B (P<0.05)after 8 weeks of treatmentConclusion:1-. Comparison among the three groups, the quanchongfang decoction combined with fire needle treatment has the faster and better effect in the lesion score and the itching degree of integral decline index (SSRI) than the other two groups, with a notable curative effect.2, The quanchongfang decoction combined with fire needle treatment can effectively imprve the live quality of pationts. prescription is worth extending. |
