Objective:In this subject, the study of Fire needle combined with addition and subtraction of Quanchong Recipe in the treatment of damp-heat nodular prurigo was performed, and observe the degree of improvement of skin lesions, relief of pruritus symptoms, adverse reactions and recurrence rates before and after treatment.Evaluate the clinical effect of Fire needle combined with modified Quanchong Pecipe on damp-heat nodular prurigo. To analyze the clinical effect of combination therapy on nodular prurigo. This topic provides more options for the treatment of nodular prurigoMethods:Fifty-six patients with damp-heat nodular prurigo that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The observation group was treated with fire needle combined with addition and subtraction of Quanchong Recipe, while the control group was treated with addition and subtraction of Quanchong Recipe. Both groups of patients took oral ebastine tablets, topical Chu shizhiyang ointment. The total treatment course of the two groups was 8 weeks, and the patients were revisited every 4 weeks to observe and record the changes in the degree of skin lesions and itching before treatment,4 weeks of treatment, and 8 weekends, whether there were adverse reactions, and the recurrence of 2 months after the end of treatment, etc. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using SPASS 21.0 software.Results:(1)Efficacy analysis:The total effective rate in the observation group after 4 weeks of treatment was 89.66%,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate in the control group at 4 weeks of 70.37%.Comparing the difference in efficacy between the two groups(P<0.01),it indicated that the effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group at the end of the 8th week was 93.10%,which was higher than that of the control group at the end of the 8th week. The total effective rate was 88.89%.The comparison of the efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05)suggested that the effect of the observation group was better than the control group.(2)Comparison of skin lesion scores: There was no different in skin lesion scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and after treatment were both better than before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of skin lesions in the observation group at the 4th week and the 8th week were better than the control group.(3)Pruritus score: There was no difference in pruritus score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and after treatment were both better than before treatment(P<0.05).On the fourth weekend, there was a obvious difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of pruritus in the observation group on the fourth weekend was better than that of the control group. At the end of the eighth week, there was a difference between the two groups after treatment evidently(P <0.01).At the end of the eighth week, the improvement of itching in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.(4)Adverse reactions: One adverse reaction occurred in the control group.(5)Recurrence rate: The two groups were followed up at 1,2,and 3 months after treatment.Compared with the two groups, the recurrence rate was lower in the observation group.Except for the first month, there was a distinct difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of fire needle combined with the addition and subtraction of Quanchong Recipe for damp-heat-nodular nodular prurigo is better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group in terms of improvement of skin lesions, relief of pruritus symptoms, and recurrence rate.
