Clinical Observation Of Xiakusanjie Decoction Combined With Fire Needle In Treating Prurigo Nodularis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaku Sanjie Decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of nodular prurigo with phlegm and blood stasisMethods:All the selected cases were patients who admitted to the dermatology clinic of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,a total of 105 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group A,treatment group B and control group,with 35 patients in each group.The treatment group A was treated with Xiaku Sanjie Decoction orally combined with fire needle external treatment,the treatment group B was treated with Xiaku Sanjie Decoction orally,and the control group was treated with Dahuang ZhechongCapsule orally.A course of treatment lasts four weeks.Ob served the skin lesion score,pruritus score and related quality of life improvementat the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th week of treatment,compared the indexes recorded after treatment with those before treatment,andcompared the efficacy of each index between groups,finally,carried out statistical analysisResults:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of treatment group A,treatment group B and control group were 94.2%,85.7%and 71.4%,respectively,in other words,the therapeutic effect of treatment group A was significantly better than that of treatment group B and control groupAfter 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement rate of skin lesion comprehensive score in all three groups decreased.Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test was used to compare the three groups of patients in pairs,and the results showed that P<0.05,suggesting that there was a statistically significant difference,and the comprehensive score improvement ratewas treatment group A>treatment group B>control group,that is to say,the treatment effect of treatment group A was better than that of treatment group B and control group,and treatment group B was better than that of control groupAfter 4 weeks of treatment,the pruritus score in all three groups decreased.Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test was used to compare the three groups of patients in pairs,the results showed that P<0.05,suggesting that there was a statistically significant difference,and the difference comparison showed that treatment group A>treatment group B>control group,that is to say,the treatment effect of treatment group A was better than that of treatment group B and control group,and treatment group B was better than that of control groupAfter 4 weeks of treatment,the related quality of life improvement score in all three groups decreased.Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test was used to compare the three groups of patients in pairs,the results showed that P<0.05,suggesting that there was a statistically significant difference,and the difference comparison showed that treatment group A>treatment group B>control group,that is to say,the treatment effect of treatment group A was better than that of treatment group B and control group,and treatment group B was better than that of control groupDuring the treatment period,no gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and vomiting,no dizziness and fatigue,no allergic reaction,and no abnormalities in routine hematuria tests and biochemical tests before and after treatmentConclusions1.Xiaku Sanjie Decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of nodular prurigo with phlegm and blood stasis can effectively improve the symptoms score of Nodular Prurigo2.Xiaku Sanjie Decoction combined with fire needle is a safe and effective method for the treatment of nodular prurigo with phlegm and blood stasis.
