Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion By Micro - Needle - Knife Diagonal And Cupping

Objective:Take the comparative research of the clinical effect on the super-micro needle knife fan oblique needling therapy and conventional acupuncture therapy combing cupping method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Discuss the clinical effect difference between the above two therapies to cure lumbar disc herniation. The research supplies the theoretical and clinical basis on the clinical therapy in lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Adopt the research methods of randomization, comparing and single blind.60cases of lumbar disc herniation patients, randomly divided into the treatment group and the normal control group,30cases in each group the treatment group using super-micro needle knife fan oblique needling combing cupping method for treatment,4days for a course, totally treat for4times, the control group using conventional acupuncture therapy combing cupping method, one time per day,16days for a course. Before and after the treatment, the index change of VAS(visual analog pain score) and JOA(lumbago diseases) in two groups of patients were recorded to determine the recent curative effect, and in the treatment of three months after the end of follow-up, to compare the long-term curative effect. The data uses SPSS14.0software for statistical analysis. Results:1、Before and after the treatment, comparing the VAS(visual analog pain score), the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05), then after the treatment, super-micro needle knife group was superior than acupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01).2、Before and after the treatment, comparing the JOA(lumbago diseases), the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05), then after the treatment, super-micro needle knife group was superior than acupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01).3、For three months after treatment, patients with curative effect results showed that super-micro needle knife group, the total effective rate was86%; conventional acupuncture group, the total effective rate was66%. Period results compared two groups, the rank and inspection, super-micro needle knife group difference was statistically significant compared with the conventional acupuncture group (Z=2.33, P<0.05). And the recurrence rate after treatment, two groups have statistical significance (P <0.05), that is showed in recent period; the curatives effect in super-micro needle knife group therapy is superior than conventional acupuncture group.Conclusions:1、Super-micro needle knife fan oblique needling therapy combing cupping have exactly curative effect of treatment of lumbar disc herniation, comparing with the conventional acupuncture combing cupping, it is more apparent effect.2、The super-micro needle knife group belongs to the superficial fascia release, don’t hurt and large blood vessels and nerves, in the treatment of30cases of patients, no nerve blood vessel damage and other adverse reactions occurred.Under the dual role of releasing the lumbar soft issue and pricking blood combing cupping, super-micro needle knife combing cupping can work quickly, there is safe and reliable characteristics.
