Awn Needle Through Thorn Head "Ba Liao" Point Combined With Acupuncture Point Enough Sense Of Transport District Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Urinary Incontinence After Stroke

Objective:the study was to observe the clinical efficacy of treating the patients of urinary incontinence after stroke by the awn needle through thorning the point of "ba liao" combined with conventional acupuncture.To evaluate clinical curative effect of the method in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke.The aim is to provide a treatment in the future clinical application, which not only more effective and safer,but also simple and practical.Methods:the study put the patients of urinary incontinence after stroke as the research object and took 60 patients by using random lottery, who both conform to the inclusion criteria and the criteria for diagnosis of urinary incontinence after stroke.Then randomly divided the 60 patients into therapy group (awn needle stab through combined with conventional acupuncture group) and routine acupture group (control group),30 in each group. Two groups were given nerve internal medicine for stroke in patients with normal processing (see China cerebrovascular disease prevention and control guide). On this basis, the treatment group than the control group increased awn needle thorn "ba liao" point. The operation method:charge patients prone position, with seven inches mans awn needle through thorning along the skin shallow from "shang liao" to "xia liao", (of needle stab hands, that tip resistance point, and then hand to cooperate, use finger strength and wrist, pressure twist, pierced skin quickly, wear leather manipulation to agile, in order to reduce the patient pain) that local appear acid bilges feeling, and downward abdominal radiation.1 times per day, every time 30 minutes, retaining needle acupuncture 6 days rest one day, a month for a period of treatment. Observed before and after a course of treatment in patients with urinary incontinence degree assessment and treatment of the patient’s clinical symptom scores before and after the change.Results:two groups of patients with ordinary materials such as gender, age, course of no significant difference after statistics processing (P> 0.05), and two groups of patients with stroke type distribution is no significant difference (P> 0.05), the tip between groups was comparable. Observation rating scale as a result, two groups of patients after treatment of scale scores were decreased (P< 0.05), after treatment in comparison between groups have obvious difference (P< 0.05), and the treatment of post-stroke patients and help to improve the prognosis.Conclusion:1. The curative effect of awn needle through thorn combinated with conventional acupuncture on urinary incontinence after stroke is certain2. Awn needle stab through combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke overall curative effect is distinct, and symptom scores of patients improved significantly, the treatment group is better than the control group.
