The Clinical Observation Of Urinary Incontinence After Stroke Treated By Needle Warming Moxibustion At Qihai And Guanyuan Points

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of needle warming moxibustion at Qihai and Guanyuan points in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke,to evaluate the effectiveness of this method and provide further evidence for clinical practice.Method: In this observation,we selected 63 patients with urinary incontinence after stroke and used the random number table method to divide them into observation group and control group.The observation group was given needle warming moxibustion by using Qihai and Guanyuan points and acupuncture by using Zhongji,Pangguangsh,Shenshu,Sanyinjiao;The control group was just given acupuncture by using Zhongji ? Pangguangshu ? Shenshu ?Sanyinjiao.All the patients were controlled the basic disease and cerebrovascular disease actively;and given the the routine acupuncture treatment of stroke,and the traditional chinese medicine prescription drugs treated by principle of syndrome differentiation.Two groups of patients were treated one time each day,six days of continuous acupuncture then one day of rest,and one week was a course of treatment,effect was observed after three treatments.After the treatment,the patients were observed and compared the urinary incontinence degree assessment,the clinical symptom score of urinary incontinence,the urine times per day and urine output per time before and after the treatment.Results:1?After the treatment,both the urinary incontinence degree assessment,the clinical symptom score of urinary incontinence,the urine times per day and urine output per time have significant differences compared with the number before the treatment,which is confirmed that both treatments are effective.In addition,the observation group has significant differences compared with the control group,which is confirmed that the observation group is effective than the control group.2 ? According to the clinical symptom score of urinary incontinence after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group is 93.33%,and the control group is 73.33%,which confrim the observation group is effective than the control group.Conclusion:1?The treatment of needle warming moxibustion and the routine acupuncture have a certain effect on patients with urinary incontinence after stroke.2?The needle warming moxibustion can significantly improve the urinary incontinence degree assessment,the clinical symptom score of urinary incontinence,the urine times per day and urine output per time,which is more effective than the routine acupuncture treatment.3?The needle warming moxibustion is an effective method for the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke.
