Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of head acupuncture plus abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke urinary incontinence, further explore the feasibility of head acupuncture plus abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke urinary incontinence, clarify the clinical advantages, provide practical basis,so as to improve the urination function of patients.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group received pelvic floor magnetic stimulation and rehabilitation training, and the stimulation range of the pelvic floor magnetic stimulation machine Magneuro was controlled in the range of40%-60%,as long as the patients felt obvious pelvic floor contraction sensation. Each treatment lasted 20 minutes and was performed every other day for 4 weeks, with a total of14 treatments. In the treatment group,on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group, the head acupuncture points were selected: Baihui,Sishencong and abdominal acupuncture points were selected: Zhongwan,Guanyuan and Zhongji. The patient was placed in supine position, the local skin of acupoints was routinely disinfected, all points on the head were stabbed flat, all points on the abdomen were stabbed straight, the needle was injected about1 inch, the needle was retained for 30 minutes, once a day,6 days and 1 day of rest, and the treatment lasted for 4 weeks,a total of 24 times. After treatment, the two groups of patients were evaluated, and the main efficacy indicators were patients’ self-rated quality of life score, maximum bladder volume and bladder residual urine volume measured by B-mode ultrasound before and after treatment. After data collection, statistical tables were established, and the data were imported into statistical software SPSS26.0 for statistical analysis,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture plus abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke.Results:1.After treatment, there were significant differences in patients’ self-rated quality of life score, maximum bladder volume measured by B-mode ultrasound and bladder residual urine volume between the two groups compared with before treatment(p<0.05),indicating that both groups had therapeutic effects.2.There were significant differences in quality of life scores between the treatment group and the control group(p<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the quality of life of patients; The maximum volume of bladder before and after treatment was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group(p<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group; In terms of residual urine volume,it was found that the treatment group and the control group significantly reduced residual urine volume(p<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.According to the comparison of quality of life score, maximum bladder capacity and bladder residual urine volume,it was found that the simple use of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with rehabilitation training could also effectively improve urinary incontinence after stroke, but the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke with head acupuncture and abdominal acupuncture had better clinical therapeutic effect.2.Head acupuncture combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke can significantly expand the maximum bladder capacity of patients, reduce the residual urine volume of patients, and reduce the score of clinical symptoms, and it is simple to operate, high comfort for patients, and easy to clinical promotion. |
