Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of transverse bone three needle method combine with routine acupuncture method and routine acupuncture method in the treatment of Stress urinary incontinence in women.Provide preferred acupuncture method for the disease.Methods: Sixty-six female patients with confirmed renal qi stress urinary incontinence were collected.They were randomly divided into two groups.There were 33 cases in the treatment group(transverse bone three needle method plus routine acupuncture group)and the control group(routine acupuncture group),Treatment 6 times a week for 1 course,after a total of 4 courses.Urine-leakage of 1h pad test,ICI-Q-SF score,the TCM symptom score as observation index,Medical statistics were used to compare the results and differences of the score table,to analyze and evaluate the efficacy of the two therapies in improving the symptoms,quality of life of urinary incontinence and urine leakage.Results:(1)Within-group comparison: Urine-leakage of 1h pad test,ICI-Q-SF score and the TCM symptom score before and after treatment were significantly different between the two groups,(P<0.01).Comparison between groups: after treatment,the ICI-Q-SF score and the urine leakage of 1h urinary pad test were lower than the control group(P<0.05)(2)Comparison of overall efficacy: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.09%,higher than 78.13% that of the control group.The efficacy difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both transverse bone three needle comebine with routine acupuncture method and conventional acupuncture method can reduce the urine leakage of 1h urinary pad test,ICI-Q-SF score,TCM symptoms integral about unconsolidation of the kidney-qi,reduce the number of urine leakage,improve urinary incontinence symptoms and renal qi symptoms.2.The clinical effect of transverse bone three needle comebine with routine acupuncture method in female stress urinary incontinence is better than that of conventional acupuncture method.
