Objective:To investigate clinical effectiveness and mechanism of headpoint-through-point theropy of scalp combined with groovy acupuncturetheropy for urinary incontinence after stroke.Methods:60Patients were divided randomly into2groups,30of themwere therapied by head point-through-point theropy of scalp combined withgroovy acupuncture theropy(treatment group);30of them were therapied bygroovy acupuncture theropy(control group), to study the two groupsrespectivel, we observed differences symptom score before and after thetreatment, bladder capacity, residual urine volume in the bladder and urinerate.Result:The clinical investigation shows head point-through-pointtheropy of scalp combined with groovy acupuncture theropy is veryeffective in increasing bladder capacity,lowering the bladder residualurine,urine rate,improving bladder function as well as improving theclinical symptom of urinary incontinence after stroke.General clinicaltherapeutic effets:the effective rate of93.33%in the treatment group wasbetter than76.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Head-through-point acupuncture combined with groovyacupuncture theropy urinary incontinence after stroke treated byacupuncture curative effect for sure.2.Head point-through method combined with groovy acupuncturetheropy on cerebral apoplexy patients with urinary incontinence aftersymptom score have improved, the treatment group than the control group.3.The treatment group indexes included voiding frequency, voidedvolume and frequency of urination, urinary incontinence, bladder capacityand bladder residual urine volume and urinary flow rate are improvedsignificantly better than the control group after treatment.
