Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Urinary Incontinence After Stroke By Baliao Point With Fire Needle Combined With Acupuncture Of Foot Motor Sensory Area

Objective:To observe the difference effect between the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke by Baliao point with fire needle combined with acupuncture of foot motor sensory area and traditional acupuncture combined with foot motor sensory,to provide more effective treatment methods for the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke.Methods:This study selected patients with urinary incontinence after stroke as the research object.All the 60 patients meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,using random number table method,all patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.All the patients in the group were given conventional neurology treatment,patients with hypertension and diabetes were given antihypertensive drugs,hypoglycemic drugs.Hemiplegic patients in each group were treated with routine acupuncture on the hemiplegic side(the acupoints on the affected side).The treatment group with prick point Baliao with fire needle,combined with acupuncture of foot motor sensory area.The control group took acupuncture in Qihai,Shenshu(bilateral),Pangguangshu(bilateral),Sanyinjiao(bilateral),foot motor sensory area.Acupuncture treatment took once every other day,rest for two days(3 times per week),two groups of acupuncture were taken 1 times a day,30 minutes every time,6 days for a course of treatment,one day off,7 days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 4 courses.Observe the two groups of patients before and after treatment of urinary incontinence score and clinical symptom score changes,to further determine whether this study will help in the clinical treatment.Result:The clinical observation showed that in the degree of urinary incontinence score,the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 93.33%and 73.33%,the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);and the urinary incontinence clinical symptom score in treatment group and control group in the total efficiency respectively were 83.33%and 63.33%,showed a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),which exists statistical significance.Conclusion:1.For the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke,fire needle acupuncture and general acupuncture both had a certain effect.2.The treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke by Baliao point with fire needle combined with acup.uncture of foot motor sensory area overall curative effect than ordinary acupuncture group had significant advantages,clinical symptom.score decreased,the urinary incontinence symptoms and signs were improved obviously.3.The treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke by Baliao point with fire needle combined with acupuncture of foot motor sensory area is a kind of innovative and effective treatment method.
