With the rapid development of economic globalization, human resources has become an important driving force for economic development, a core element of enterprise development, but also become an important resource contention.Psychological capital describes the mental state of people at work indicators task, and has a major impact on job performance. Introducing psychological capital promotes understanding from the perspective of an optimistic and positive view of organizational behavior and understands the positive energy of its own staff in order to stimulate and promote the organization’s overall efficiency and work efficiency. Meanwhile psychological capital index describes the psychological state of the people in work tasks, have a significant impact on job performance. With great pressure on the nursing profession and improvement of nursing education, maturity and "Quality Care Demonstration Project" to carry out expertise, mental health nurses receive great attention. The Ministry of Health in 2010 also proposes to focus on mental health nursing. Now we are studying the most common psychological problems for nursing intervention, but nursing psychological capital on mining research is very small.In this paper, based on results of previous studies, the use of psychological capital questionnaire to nurses in Shandong Chest Hospital for the study, conducted in-depth analysis of their current situation psychological capital and job performance, and then study the work of nurses psychological capital affect performance, as well as gender, age, education, work department, work experience and other statistical variables which affect nurses psychological capital and job performance. Empirical studies have found a significant effect of psychological capital nursing job performance; gender and psychological capital, no correlation between job performances; different age, education, work department and paramedics working life there are significant differences in the psychological capital and job performance. Finally, make strategies and recommendations to the public hospital on the basis of the results.This paper expanded concept of psychological capital to the field of nursing in public hospitals, with industry characteristics and applicability; and further analysis verified influence between psychological capital and job performance, so as to put forward measures and suggestions to improve nurses job performance from the perspective of psychological capital.
