Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Bushenzhuyun Prescription On Infertility Due To LPD Which With The Intervention Of Clomiphen Citrate

Objective:To verify the clinical efficacy of Bushenzhuyun Prescription, which is used for improving the secretory functions of the ovarian corpus luteum and the endometrial receptivity of the LPD patients who both use clomiphen citrate to prompt follicle growth. And then, combining with the characters of clomiphen citrate, the mechanisms of improving the function of corpus luteum by using Bushenzhuyun Prescription will be investigated.Method:With stochastic method,40infertile LPD patients who is up to the standard of liver depression and kidney insufficiency are randomly divided into2groups. One is TCM group (20cases of taking clomiphen citrate for5days from the5th day of menstrual cycle and taking Bushenzhuyun Prescription for10days after ovulation), the other is control group (20cases of taking clomiphen citrate for5days from the5th day of menstrual cycle and taking Dydrogesterone for10days after ovulation). Both groups take standardized therapy methods during2courses of treatment (each course is equal to one normal menstrual cycle). Collect related data including the duration, volume, colour and texture of menses, syndrome scrore of TCM, the level of E2, P, LH, TNF-a, IL-6during the luteal meta phase, then make comparative analysis. Observe the secretory functions of improving the function of corpus luteum by using Bushenzhuyun Prescription.Results:1.The total effective rate is87.5%, of which the efficacy in TCM group is superior to that in control group;2. After treatment, the endometrium during the implantation period both thicken in2groups than before treatment, and the change in TCM group is more significant than that in control group;3. After treatment, the level of LH and P during the implantation period are both higher than those before treatment in2groups, and the change in TCM group is more significant than that in control group. After treatment, the level of E2during the implantation period in TCM group is higher than that before treatment, while the change is not significant in control group;4. After treatment, the level of TNF-a during the implantation period are both lower than those before treatment in2groups, and the change in TCM group is more significant than that in control group. After treatment, the change of IL-6during the implantation period both are not significant.Conclusion:Bushenzhuyun Prescription have further curative effect on kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation type LPD patients who is taking clomiphene treatment, through improving the clinical pregnancy rate and the clinical syndromes of TCM. Compared with progesterone, Bushen Zhuyun Prescription has advantages of improving the functions of luteinizing granulosa cells and the receptivity of endometrium. Some features of correlative objects in this study also provide the direction for further research.
