The Clinical Observation On Jian Huang Ti Zhu Yun Soup In Treating Luteal Phase Deficiency Of Kidney Deficiency With Liver Stagnation

Traditional Chinese Medicine considers that the luteal phase deficiency is mainly because Kidney Defficiency.This article studies on high incidence of Kidney Defficiency with Liver Stagnation according to clinical materials.we adopted prescription of tutor" Jian Huang Ti Zhu Yun Soup ",use Tonify Kidney Qi,Soothe the liver and Relieve Depressed,Tonify Chong Ren as treatment principle.we choose 42 patients on luteal phase deficiency of Kidney Defficiency with Liver Stagnation,and divide into two groups at random.we share 22 cases as treatment group cured by "Jian Huang Ti Zhu Yun Soup"and 20 cases as control group cured by " Clomiphene citrate" or " bromocriptine" .The results show that the total effective rate of two groups is similar(p>0.05),but the incidence of recovery of treatment group is higher than the control group(p<0.05).And the curative of " Jian Huang Ti Zhu Yun Soup" is superior to "Clomiphene citrate" at improving patients'menstruation and common syndromes. " Jian Huang Ti Zhu Yun Soup" can regulate six levels of sex hormone effectively and improve the high-temperature of BBT.And obviously superior to control group in promoting the bad ovum.Thus it can be seen " Jian Huang Ti Zhu Yun Soup" is an effective prescription for the LPD.
