| Objective To probe the reasons of LPD causing infertility furtherly, to evaluate the efficiency and to study the principle of JIANHUANGTI decoction tonifying kidney and invigorating vital energy. Methods Forty patients were divided into two groups ran- domly the treatment and the control. They were studied by mdioimmunassays for fe- male serum honnone such as luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), prolactin(PRL), estwdiol( ED, progesterone(P), and testosterone(T), P1 E2 and by B type ultrasonographic examination for follicle development before and after treatment. Results (i) After treatment the symptoms and signs of both groups had been significantly improved, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. (2) there was significant difference in the effective rate of the two groups. (3) The indexes of BBT type, lIPS, PM had been significantly improved after treatment in treatment group, and there was no significant difference in the control group. (4) after treatment FSH~LH~E2 Levels did ot change significantly in both groups, T..PRL levels decreased significantly, P Levels and PIE2 increased significantly, there were also sig- nificant differences between the two groups. Conclusions [PD is a kind of syndrome due to hypothalamus ?pituitaiy ?ovaiy ?uterine axis dysfunction, JIANIILJANGTI de- coction can regulate this enciinal axis integrally and regain the axis抯 balance which can improve the clinical efficiency. |
