Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Acupuncture And Chinese Medicine In Treating Luteal Insufficiency Of Early Menstruation Of Kidney Deficiency-liver Stagnation

Objective:In this study,we evaluated the clinical efficacy of TianGui Decoction combined with acupuncture on the LPD of Early menstruation of kidney deficiency-liver stagnation through contrastive study of the bend progesterone,and elucidated the action mechanism of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of LPD early menstruation.Through evaluation,this research attempted to provide reliable clinical and experimental basis for the advantages of the combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease and to reveal the idea of disease prevention in traditional Chinese medicine,hoping to reduce infertility,miscarriage and other symptoms caused by duration of LPD.Methods:The research employed a randomized controlled method to conduct a prospective program observation.A number of 62 subjects were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 31)and the control group(n = 31).One patient in the control group fell off.The final treatment group had 31 subjects and the control group had 30 subjects.The treatment group adopt TianGui decoction and acupoint acupuncture,the control group adopt the bend progesterone.Diagnosis and treatment began to start at the first day of BBT increase,lasted for 10 days,and would stop if the menstrual blood underflow.After three menstrual cycles,the curative effect of the two groups of subjects before and after treatment was evaluated and the changes of P and E2 levels,TCM symptoms and BBT were analyzed.Result:1.At the end of the treatment period,according to the statistical analysis,the curative effect and the amelioration of overall TCM symptoms of the treatment group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the number of premature menstruation days of subjects,the number of days of BBT high temperature,the difference between high and low temperature,and the improvement of blood P value,the situation of the treatment group were similar to that of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The ascendant level of E2 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.01).3.In the observation of stability in prognosis,the follow-up showed that the relapse rate of treatment group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Result:TianGui decoction combined with acupuncture on the LPD of Early menstruation of kidney deficiency-liver stagnation period has positive clinical efficacy than the control group.the mechanism of curative efficacy can be the regulation of the Kidney-TianGui-Chongren-Uterus axis steady state,so that the menstrual cycle can be well adjusted,the symptoms of the subjects and the serum hormone levels can be improved,the function of the corpus luteum can be restored,and the long-term effect is good,the security is high.
