In the context of the medical reform, The State Council puts forward new job requirements to various medical institutions, which include promoting personnel system reform with post management system and employment system as the main content, improving professional title evaluation system for medical staff, establishing a reasonable allocation and incentive system, improving the salary level of medical staff, advancing multi-sited license for registered medical practitioner, mobilizing the enthusiasm of medical staff. In this environment, it’s imperative to introduce advanced enterprise management concepts, especially the concept of corporate human resources, to medical institutions, in order to promote the reform of medical institutions in the areas of human resources management.Job analysis is the foundation of human resources, as well as the foundation of human resource management in medical institutions. Job analysis will serve as the first step in the human resources reform of medical institutions, and open a new era of the human resources reform of medical institutions.Chapter One first analyzes the background of hospital job analysis, and points out the purpose and significance of job analysis. Then, it introduces the main research content and research method of this paper, based on the analysis of theoretical and empirical research status of job analysis in medical-related disciplines.Chapter Two, on the basis of reviewing the definition of job analysis, combined with the author’s own understanding, redefines the definition of job analysis. Secondly, it combines the job analysis process, and introduces the main method of job analysis. Thirdly, it describes how to write a job description, and briefly summarizes the principles and methods of allocation.Chapter Three introduces Hospital A, and carries out job analysis for A Hospital according to the job analysis process. Hospital A’s job analysis work will be divided into three phases, only the first phase of job analysis work is introduced in this paper. This paper analyzes the organization and workflow of three relevant departments of A Hospital, integrates and optimizes the work duty and workflow, analyzes the related job description, and points out its existing problems, based on which the job description of A hospital is redesigned.Chapter Four to six makes a longitudinal analysis by querying the historical data of A hospital, and a horizontal analysis by collecting data of relevant personnel in hospitals with the similar level and size, to verify the number of positions in the merged departments in the analysis of organization and workflow, which is rational according to the results.Chapter Seven summarizes the paper and suggests directions for future studies.
