| What is the ITCWM? Why do we conbine them? Could they beconbined? How should we conbine them? This task mostly enclosedthese questions to open out the study.By combing the history ofITCWM,we can get a holistic view on it.Afterwards,we must havestandpoint of dialectic and historical materialism to analyse andevaluate asynchronous events of ITCWM,especially seeing about itfrom success and failure,thereby summerize successful experience andtry to open out impersonal law of the development of ITCWM.Wherefore,we also need discuss and analyse correlative questions ofITCWM in theory.We could reasoningly hold the law only by conbininghistorical experience and theoritical analysis.So we can explore theroute and method of ITCWM,then program its current and intendingwork.This article has two parts.The first part mainly discribs the studyhistory of ITCWM.The author divided up it into three phases accordingto the law of its development.The later of the fist part narratedoverseas disquisitive actuality and future tendency of ITCWM.Theauthor hopes that readers can get some inspiration from thecomparation with internal study,and feel some compulsion.In thesecond part,the author firstly commented on and analyzed ITCWMfrom idea,practice,approach,summarized successful experience.Then,he enclosed related questions to analyze and discuss,emphaticlyresearch on the route and method of ITCWM.The author advanced thatthe study of ITCWM should develop human universal medicine asultimate object,and its right route and method of thinking is to studyadvisable cognition and curable experience of TCM by modernscientific approachs,so we can elevate its cognition to the level ofmodern medicine and add new content to human' s scientific medicine.The author confirms that the career of ITCWM will develop better and better as long as we always use scientific ideals and methods topursue truth through practice,and reform our imagination tosynchronize with age.
