Analysis On The Status Of Medical Resource Allocation In Guangzhou

Medical service is an important guarantee for human health.However,the development of global medical resources is unbalanced,and the evaluation methods and theories of medical industry configuration are different.Guangzhou as China’s important economic and population city,has its special economic,social and geographical background,such as evaluation of medical resource allocation situation of guangzhou,need starting from the actual situation of guangzhou city,guangzhou city are studied on the development of medical industry,the present situation and trends.This study integrated use of research methods of literature analysis,questionnaire and interview,on the basis of literature analysis,carry out sample questionnaire survey of medical institutions,coupled with deep personal interviews,in order to objectively evaluate the guangzhou district medical science,system industry present situation and the level,provide decision-making reference for management department.Collection analysis method in this paper,through literature at home and abroad research on medical resources allocation and regional health planning and carry on the summary induction,and puts forward research according to the result of literature analysis induction and design the questionnaire and the interview questionnaire.With the whole of the stratified sampling method in Guangzhou selected medical insurance fixed-point medical institutions(including community health service centers,health centers,etc.)as the main research object,the staff of medical institutions as the auxiliary object.The main contents of the questionnaire include: medical care,beds,outpatient expenses,medical treatment,etc.According to the research purpose,SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analyze and analyze the relevant data and to draw the lorenz curve in Excel 2010,and to calculate the gini coefficient.Data analysis shows that in recent years,Guangzhou medical resources quantity,quality and growth trends are rising steadily,but still exists the phenomenon of health resource allocation imbalance,among them,the regional distribution of practicing doctors and beds is different;Registered nurses area allocation more reasonable,to meet for the city’s development,aging and other factors on the health services in the industry put forward new problems,new demand to form a certain challenges,need further adjustment and optimization.In order to further improve the resource allocation of medical institutions,the government should encourage some public hospitals to develop in the emerging five regions and expand the sharing of advantageous medical resources.Strengthen the construction of community-level community health institutions to alleviate the pressure of medical treatment in critical patients;We will encourage the development of graded diagnosis and treatment,encourage the development of family practitioners and improve the elderly care services.
