Control group just take orally Teprenone50mg,3times per day (before breakfast, lunch and dinner meal). Observing the clinical treatment effect, and the changes about serum’s PGE2, EGF after two weeks of treatment. Explore the improvement of TCM score and the changes of PGE2, EGF before and after treatment through statistic.Result:1.TCM symptom’s effectiveness:the effective power of Teprenone is21.11%, and "Xushi gastric pharyngeal mixture" plus Teprenone capsule’s is95.33%, it definitely had significant difference (P<0.05), meant the effectiveness of "Xushi gastric pharyngeal mixture" plus Teprenone capsule is more superior than control group.2. TCM symptom’s total score:Both of treatment as using purely Teprenone and using "Xushi gastric pharyngeal mixture" plus Teprenone can improve the TCM syndrome’s total score, so both of them were significant (p<0.05). But TCM symptom’s total scores of Xushi gastric pharyngeal mixture plus Teprenone capsule is more superior than using purely Teprenone.
