The Li Pharynx Mixture Combined Auricular Application Pressure Therapy The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Chronic Pharyngitis

Objectives:In order to observe the Li pharynx mixture with auricular application pressure therapy the clinical curative effect of Yin deficiency and blood stasis type of chronic pharyngitis,according to the change of clinical symptoms and signs of patients in this study,Statistical analysis method was used to evaluate its efficacy and discuss its mechanism of action,for accumulating clinical experience in treatment of chronic pharyngitis,thus to form a best chronic pharyngitis therapy and do some useful work.Methods:Patients were collected from October 2015 to March 2016 in Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine hospital otolaryngology outpatient clinic of chronic pharyngitis, who conforms to the traditional Chinese medicine of Yin deficiency and blood stasis type 60 case. All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each group. Giving the Li pharynx mixture in treatment group and coordinate with auricular application pressure therapy; Control group only for the Li pharynx mixture oral,4 weeks of treatment.During clinical trials,respectively observed two groups of patients 1 week, 2 weeks,4 weeks after the treatment on the symptoms and signs, and write down different time points,using statistical methods,to analysis the results,and appraise the clinical curative effect.Results:60 case of patients with Yin deficiency and blood stasis type of chronic pharyngitis treatment as a result,In the treatment group 1 case is cured,13 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective and 5 cases were invalid.The total effective rate was 82.14%;and In the control group no case was cured,4 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective and 8 cases were invalid. The total effective rate was 72.41%.Two groups were tested by nonparametric rank statistics a Z test, Z=2.443, P=0.015<0.05, differences are statistically significant, shows a significant gap between two groups. And the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The study results show that the traditional Chinese medicine Li pharynx mixture combined with auricular application pressure in the treatment of Yin deficiency and blood stasis type of chronic pharyngitis, the curative effect is distinct,and can effectively improve the local symptoms and signs. Relatively simple oral Chinese medicine has obvious advantages, which is worth being further clinical researched and extension.
