| Objective:To explore the effects of Clove wei ling mixture in the treatment of chronic gastric atrophic gastritis precancerous lesions of the mechanism.Methods:A clean healthy, sexually mature Wistar 60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:namely normal control group, model group, clove mixture in the stomach low, medium and high dose group.12 in each group. In addition to the normal control group given normal saline only, the other groups were administered with sodium salicylate. a free drink ammonia, irregular diet atrophic gastritis was established by the modeling.2 months after the modeling, in addition to the model control group and blank control group, other groups were given corresponding doses of clove mixture in the stomach gavage for 6 weeks. Blood extract eye method, isolated serum, TNF-a biochemical test kit. Profile control stomach drawn, measured with a PH test paper gastric PH value of the morphological changes observed under light microscope,detected by immunehistochemical VEGF expression in rat mucosa.Results:The PH value of gastric juice model control group,VEGF expression in gastric mucosa cells was significantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.01).Serum TNF-a was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01). Clove gastric juice mixture in the treatment group PH,VEGF expression was decreased in gastric mucosal cells.The serum TNF-a was significantly increased. With the model group there was a significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:Rat model of chronic atrophic gastritis there is a low level of serum TNF-a, indicating the occurrence of chronic atrophic gastritis and transformation may be related to a lack of nutrition caused by lack of gastric epithelial repair the barrier and low immunity. The clove mixture in treatment of gastric, gastric mucosal inflammation and atrophy are reduced significantly, the serum TNF-a level significantly increased. Suggesting that promote the secretion of cytokines may be the reversal of chronic atrophic gastritis and the proliferation of abnormal. Thus it is one of the mechanisms to block its conversion to gastric cancer; Chronic atrophic gastritis increases gastric mucosal cell VEGF expression in chronic atrophic gastritis is an important factor. Clove mixture in the stomach with chronic atrophic gastritis, gastric Excessive mucosal cell proliferation is inhibited, and partially reverse the atrophy of gastric mucosa histopathology changes. This may be the stomach clove mixture in effective treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in one of the mechanisms.
