In production orders based discrete manufacturing companies, most of them take more variety, small batch production mode mixing process to achieve more personalized consumer products, diversification requirements. Order-oriented manufacturing enterprise production process, due to, a wide range of workshop materials, varying the number, the processing time is not fixed and so on, therefore, to design a complete workshop materials on time delivery embodiment and intelligent materials on time delivery system this mode of production to ensure smooth operation.The traditional pull delivery, periodical delivery belong to the passive delivery, they would often not timely delivery, imprecise, irrational behavior, leading to lack of material inventories edge line or backlog. Existing JIT Material Delivery lack of on-site processing of real-time operating mode, there is no complete set of effective implementation. For more research status, this thesis make a research on the following sections:(1) System Research on key technologies and materials on time delivery method. In order to solve the material on time delivery of real-time data acquisition and optimal material delivery and the best delivery time window number indeed. This paper begins with workshop materials on time delivery of several key problems, we studied:delivery time, quantity and frequency. Improved use of time penalty function formula and the method of combining analysis chart obtained optimal delivery time, the best delivery quantity. Meanwhile, according to "a number of vehicles," the idea of a minimum delivery planning trips, the use of high moral map works best path planning, then, RFID-based real-time data acquisition technology and electronic billboards real number data monitoring, traceability, avoid lag due to material delivery information transmission, and delivery of materials appears not timely, inaccurate, unreasonable phenomenon.(2) Multiobjective workshop materials on time delivery model.
