In today's advocating recycling economy, fly ash as a typical cycling product, its comprehensive utilization and turning waste into treasure is the important way to solve the environmental pollution and resources shortage, fly ash always have been given to cement and ceramsite production factory, the sales and delivery process is very important for power plant. There are many meaningful something worth thinking about in the process of the fly ash sales and delivery, such as the not timely loading fly ash plan, the sales process is not standard, the scene of loading fly ash is very chaos, vehicle scheduling is not reasonable and lots of other phenomena have always been hard problems in power plant, these problems not only generate a lot of loopholes in management, but also cost the unnecessary human, material and financial resources, so the study of fly ash sales and delivery process has important practical significance and economic value. This paper will study the loading fly ash plan and scheduling model, control method in process of loading fly ash, optimal delivery route algorithm in fly ash sales and delivery process, and develop a set of complete fly ash sales process management system.Around fly ash sales and delivery process in power plant, this paper will analysis the three stages respectively according to the delivery process' s three stages of before loading fly ash, loading fly ash and after loading fly ash, main research includes the following several aspects:(1)The scheduling model is proposed for loading fly ash plan. By analyzing the generation of loading fly ash plan, researching the conception of vehicle scheduling problem and describing the actual problem of power plant, referring to the mode of “didi taxi”, we have built the mathematical model of the power plant's delivery vehicles. Study of loading fly ash plan and scheduling model provide a new train of thought and the theoretical basis for solving the vehicle scheduling problem better in the future.(2)Designed and implemented the automatic control in the process of loading fly ash. According to the scene of loading fly ash in power plant, the paper clarifies the characteristics of RFID technology and PLC technology, combines both them perfectly and realizes the intercommunication between each other, we have commonly completed the functions of the authentication security vehicles and the scene monitoring of loading fly ash. Study of control method in the process of loading fly ash can successfully improve the chaos scene of loading fly ash and increase the degree of production automation of power plant.(3)The optimal delivery route algorithm is proposed since the final delivery points are many and different. According to the location distribution of power plant and customer delivery points, we have built corresponding model, completed the optimal solution by using ant colony algorithm and the validation by simulating. Study of the optimal delivery route algorithm can provide a reliable solution for the vehicle delivery schedule, improve and perfect the process of the whole fly ash sales and delivery.(4)Finally through the demand analysis and business process of power plant, we have designed the architecture, database and function modules of system, etc., and then developed the power plant fly ash sales process management system by using.NET technology.In this paper, the research points provide strong theoretical bases and reliable solutions for the fly ash sales process management of power plant, what's more, these studies have quite high practical significance and promotion value to improve the level of scientific management of power plant fly ash sales process.
