As businesses are prevalent material premature delivery or untimely deliveryproblems, resulting in inventory or stock, in order to reduce the logistics chaininventory, reduce total distribution costs, the paper studied circulation deliverymethods based on Kanban for production line material, and make time windowconstraints, making the distribution operations to achieve in the necessary time, thenecessary amount of material to be delivered the necessary locations. Meanwhile, inorder ensure the effective implementation of the loop distribution methods, we studythe problem of consumption of materials equalization. The main research is dividedinto the following sections.The first chapter describes the research background and significance for thematerial distribution problems, pointing out that the importance of research in thecurrent context, summarizing the research status at home and abroad, pointing out theinadequacies of the current study, at last, this paper introduces the research ideas,research and innovation.The second chapter summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge, introducesthe related concept of JIT logistics, then take the thought into plant material supplyproblems, and introduces the Kanban and usage rules, ultimately proposedequalization consumption concept.Chapter III first determines the production line material circulation distributionprocesses; Second makes the parameters analyzed and a mathematical model, derivedmaterial delivery cycle time by solving the equation, so as to arrive inventory andKanban quantity. Finally, in order to avoid or delay premature distribution operations,made use of the time window constraints jobs start and end time, the establishment ofmathematical models and analysis to determine the appropriate number of employeescycle distribution mode.Chapter first describes the concept of a balanced production, proposed theconcept of material consumption equalization and lists to ensure equalization premiseconsumption, and analyzes the capacity of appliance consumption impact onequalization, a mathematical model, using genetic algorithms to solve the model,come to a satisfactory solution.
