In this paper,the firearms delivery and storage management system for border defense is designed to solve the problems that exist in the management methods of the manually register and record firearms on the paper.The RFID technology is applied to realize the automatic identification and registration of the firearms delivery and storage management system,which integrate the software and hardware.The firearms delivery and storage management system is focus on the small independent units such as border defense companies and post.According to the characteristics of the application environment,the UHF RFID reader using the FI-R300 A high-power REID radio module as the core module and the UHF RFID passive mini-tag based on the Alien Higgs3 chip are selected as system hardware.Both RFID readers and tags comply with the ISO/IEC 18000-6C protocol.In order to meet the system requirements,a UHF near-field RFID system is realized by using a near-field reader antenna based on inductive coupling in the UHF band,which solves the problem that UHF RFID tags can not work properly under high dielectric constant environments.And the measurements show the optimal output power of the reader is 25 dBm and the best reading position of the tag is 5mm from the antenna surface of the reader in the vertical direction of the middle area of the antenna CPS in order to obtain 100% reading rate.And the firearms delivery and storage management system realize the accurate identification of the firearm equipment from the cabinet.Thus,the firearms equipment will be judged accurately when it is taken out or put in the warehouse.The system's firearm identification code is designed by referring to the SGTIN-96 coding format three-layer general data structure proposed by the EPCglobal Tag Data Standard Version 1.11,and encodes the basic information of the firearm equipment into 96-bit binary data according to certain rules in this management system.And the firearms in the system has the unique EPC code.In the article we uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 as a development platform,adopts C/S architecture mode,uses dual-threaded technology,and uses object-oriented C# language to design and develop system software.Through the detailed role and functional analysis,we design six modules: gunner management,firearms information review,gun status,guns out of storage records,user management and firearms and tag management.According to the data security and the frequency of use,the six modules are integrated into two large blocks with two different login permissions,which include ordinary users and advanced users.In the article,we use SQL Server2013 to design the system's database and all system data is stored in the six tables in the database.Finally,the measurement results of the firearms delivery and storage management system show that the system can monitor the firearms equipment whether is in-ware or outbound in real time.The management system can realize the automatic identification,register,record and manage information of gunners,users,and firearms and tags.It is verified that the firearms delivery and storage management system has high reliability and stability by test.The system updates the status information every 1.441 seconds when the firearms is in or out the warehouse.In general,the system meets the design requirements.
