Abstract/Summary:
In China, the relationship between management and corporate culture and human resource companies do not get the attention it deserves, however, whether a company has good corporate culture is the ability to succeed in the increasingly fierce competition in the current important guarantee. Study abroad related to corporate culture has made some achievements, domestic research scholars of cultural studies business lags far behind the level of development abroad. If the business began to attach importance to the role of corporate culture in the process of enterprise development play, with excellent corporate culture to guide human resource management, human resources management to improve the efficiency of domestic enterprises will be to achieve greater development in the domestic market. Based on the country’s first joint-stock commercial banks-Bank of analysis through questionnaires, found some problems and shortcomings Bank’s corporate culture appear in human resource management, and came to the enterprise by analyzing the problem specific measures for culture-oriented human resource management:the development of good corporate culture, improve the construction of the enterprise communication channels; recruitment process for the enterprise, the corporate culture and employment standards were effective combination for enterprises to recruit suitable while establishing a variety of effective incentive mechanism, while also improving employee training system and employee performance appraisal system, to meet the psychological needs of different employees realize their own value; talent. Also, to protect fair and equitable work environment, improve employee physical and psychological comfort to work, to avoid unfair because there are injustices affect employee motivation.
