With the advent of the information era,economic globalization make the enterprise face with increasingly fierce market competition both at home and abroad. In order to make the enterprise keep continuous development and be in a leading position, performance management is playing an increasingly important role. Performance management is the core of enterprise management, which is a managing mode to integrate individual and organizational performance and can relate closely the enterprise strategy to the staff responsible, which also occupies a strategic position in the enterprise management,.By making the employee’s individual performance goals, we can achieve the enterprise’s strategic goals too, we are able to improve the whole performance of enterprises by raising the ability of staff, so as to realize the strategic target of enterprise. Achievements management as a human resources management are an important are not only related to personal interests, but also concern with the whole organization and the economic development of the society.G company as state-owned production enterprise, There existed lots of problems about the performance management system in G company. Such as:weak concept, the lack of scientific knowledge, unreasonable Performance management system,the lack of effective process management; unclear goals and the enterprise strategic target uncoordinated; uncomprehensive content, unclear task goal and Performance management lack of encouragement etc., so that the performance management can’t really be realized, or just become a mere formality. Therefore, this article design to set up a scientific, comprehensive, a systematic performance management system, which can effectively guarantee, support enterprise long-term sustainable development. As for the enterprise, it is a very important topic.This article aims to analyze the concept principles, contents, methods and procedures of the achievements management, at the same time we establish the contact with the practical run of G company, which will be closely integrated theory and practice. We apply the key performance index,target achievement assessment and important case to G company practically by using the combination of quantitative and qualitative research method, following the law of development and the process of performance appraisal concept, and implementation of performance appraisal indicators, then,The performance evaluation index system has formed in G company. Therefore, the G company in performance management and incentive mechanism has done some exploration and try as a case, in this way,we can put forward a set of effective performance management system suitable for G company, and hope to have certain reference significance for other company.
