With the sustainable development of socialist market economy in China,the financial credit system has been gradually developed and improved.The acceptance of credit institutions has also developed considerably,and the public is increasingly recognizing the importance of financial credit in daily life.The S company is a state-holding micro-finance enterprise established in 2015.Its service targets are mainly small-sized enterprises,private(non-bank)financial institutions and new financial organizations.Due to the short time of establishment,the same type of enterprise management has not been standardized,and with the business is moving forward,the market conditions and the initial stage of establishment have undergone great changes,the existing examination and incentive mechanism has gradually exposed some shortcomings,such as the effect is not too obvious,the system is not too complete,and so on.With the transformation of corporate financing to the goal of talents financing,more excellent and professional financial talents will be introduced in the future,how to retain and utilize talents in order to effectively stimulate the vitality of management team,the scientific nature of performance management plays an important role.Based on the introduction and analysis of financial industry(mainly commercial banks)and S company,this paper expounds that small and micro financial enterprises can improve their performance appraisal ability.First,this paper combines theory with practice and case analysis,combines the theories of performance appraisal and performance appraisal process design in management principle with the current situation of management work in the company,and combines the modern theory of performance management with the experience of exploring the way of company performance appraisal.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of performance appraisal in S Company,draws lessons from the work experience of the same type of enterprises of the whole country,and constructs the performance appraisal system for S Company.And last,it puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion of optimizing the system of performance appraisal of the law company,it has strong practical value for the next step performance appraisal of the S company,at the same time,it has reference and reference value for other similar companies.This paper also has a lot of research not in place,also hope to play a reference role in the future research in this area.
